Fusion Highbacks with Shift-on-the Fly Forward Lean
Straps
3D Direct Connect Strap System – Open toe strap, multi-layer tapered strap core, and aluminum buckles. High-performance, highly comfortable ankle and toe straps keep your feet locked in and on point. It’s called TrueFit™ strap technology, and it includes Multi-Position toe straps for the ultimate in premium personalization.
Additional Features
Heelcups – Extruded Anodized Aluminum. Tried and true after seven years on the market, every Union heelcup undergoes an anodizing process—reinforcing the already bombproof apparatus with another 30-percent strength. It’s serious strength in a streamline package.
Grade 8.8 Hardware – The most commonly used hardware is made from "mild steel" that has a property class of only 4.6. But considering how much stress a binding goes through, Union uses only highest-strength steel (featuring a property class of 8.8) on all hardware.
Cobra Dogs Collaboration – Cobra Dogs started at Mt.Hood, Oregon in the summer of 2005 and the customer base mostly relies on people shredding High Cascade Snowboard Camp as well as people just up there to shred in general. In the winter Cobra Dogs supports a lot of contests and events such as the Holy Oly Revival and Superpark, traveling around the country serving food and having fun.
Injected EVA Bushings – Union's innovative injected EVA bushing systems dampen vibrations underfoot to promote a more comfortable ride and a smooth, even board flex with no dead spots. Each size comes with its own durometer for custom performance.
